Private Residence Exterior Construction (2026)

This project involved a comprehensive exterior build including the installation of gates, a garage gate, a carport, and curated landscaping. Security & Automation: For enhanced security and convenience, the main gate was equipped with a SECOM fingerprint authentication system and an electronic lock.

Additionally, we installed a motorized shutter that can be operated via remote control. Carport Design: We installed a modern, flat-roof carport featuring integrated recessed ceiling lighting, a popular and sleek design choice for contemporary homes.
Landscaping: Based on the client's selection, we curated a natural green space featuring a variety of trees, including Japanese Cinnamon (Yabuninkei), Japanese Stewartia (Shara), Kousa Dogwood (Yamaboushi), Olive, and Japanese Maple (Momiji).
