近年、私たちの会社は京都および関西地方西部を中心に、伝統的な日本家屋（古民家）の改修と現代化を専門としています。ご希望があれば、立地・ご予算・その他のご要望に応じて最適な物件探しから、契約手続きなどのサポートも可能です。
私たちは、建築家や伝統工法を受け継ぐ大工、不動産業者と密に連携し、お客様にとっての「家」を「我が家」にするための最良の方法を一緒に見つけていきます。多くのプロジェクトでは、古民家再生の第一人者として知られるアレックス・カー氏が、コンサルタントおよびメンターとして参加しています。

平成22年11月20日に岡野建設を設立 平成24年6月8日に株式会社へ変更
当初は営繕工事を中心に行ってきましたが、 年々リノベーション工事が増えていきさらには新築工事までさせていただくようになりました。 営繕工事・リノベーション工事のノウハウを活かし、お客様の住みよい家を建ててきました。 さらには、設立前に働いていた建設業の腕を買われて、施工管理業務もさせていただいてます。 建物のことなら、水道の水漏れから家の新築まで、何でも相談に乗ります

The first Step is to find a suitable Fit. We are able to handle the whole process from finding the old Japanese House Kominka as well as creating a shedule and estimate of renovating and modernizing your future property, according to your wishes and budget. Once we narrowed down the potential Properties, we would create an Album of Detailed Photos as well as a (if possible) sighting. From there we have staff to help you with the Paperwork of aquiring the property, signing insurances, setting up automatic bank transfer systems for electricity, gas and water up to formailties like introducing yourself to the neighbours (very important in japan).
